The Dallas Museum of Art to Host Grant Hill Family Day Family can enjoy activities and art exploration with Arturo and his friends on April 2 DALLAS, March 24, 2005 – To celebrate Something All Our Own: The Grant Hill Collection of African American Art, the Dallas Museum of Art invites families to the April 2 Grant Hill Family Day for hands-on art activities, demonstrations by real artists and all-around fun with an NBA basketball theme from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Here’s the don’t-miss list for Saturday, April 2.
The DMA charges a general admission fee of $10 for adults, $7 for senior citizens and $5 for students with current school identification. Members and children under 12 are free. Family Initiatives are funded by Catherine and Will Rose. New family learning experiences are supported by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Annual support for family and community programs is provided by the Dallas Museum of Art Professional Members League and the Junior League of Dallas. Promotional support provided by Radio Disney. |
