The Dallas Museum of Art strives to provide the highest quality exhibitions and programming for the North Texas community. Support from foundations and government agencies for Museum programming is instrumental in helping us fulfill our mission.

- Arts & Letters Live / BooksmART – Transform BooksmART from a literary series for young audiences into an interdisciplinary festival celebrating both literacy and the arts in downtown Dallas.
- K-12 Education Programs – Serve 76,000 children through innovative programs and partnerships with nonprofit organizations.
- Early Learning Programs – Provide underserved children and families unique opportunities to learn about and experience art through eleven different programs.
- Access Programs (Autism Awareness, Art Beyond Sight, Meaningful Moments) – Increase access to experiences with art for those with autism, dementia, and visual impairments.
- Archives / Conservation – Create public access to the DMA’s archival collections.
In addition to the Museum’s robust programmatic offerings, opportunities abound for foundation support in our exhibition schedule. In recent years, the DMA has presented such ground-breaking exhibitions as Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs, J. M. W. Turner, Olafur Eliasson: Take Your Time, and African Masks: The Art of Disguise, to name a few. In our continual quest to ignite the power of art in each and every visitor, the DMA relies on partnerships with many foundations to produce each exhibition and corresponding programming for the community.

- The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier: From the Catwalk to the Sidewalk (November 13, 2011–February 12, 2012)
