An Affair of the Art
An Affair of the Art is the Junior Associates' annual fundraiser and the most anticipated event of the season. The festivities leading up to the main gala are open to Junior Associates members and event underwriters; however, anyone may purchase tickets or become an underwriter to join us for the gala event.
Let’s celebrate the 20th year of An Affair of the Art!
We are thrilled to announce that the date for A Fair Under the Stars, celebrating the 20th year of An Affair of the Art, has been moved from early spring to September 21, 2013. Chaired by Susannah and Seth Bame, the event will be completely revamped—from the date and location to the attire and ticket price. The autumn weather will allow us to move the event from the DMA to an outdoor affair in the Arts District. Black tie is no longer required; instead the attire will be “Dallas chic.” Entertainment for the night will include live music, dancing, and fair games. Funds raised from the event will support programming for teens at the DMA.
