Frequently Asked QuestionsWhen does the Arts & Letters Live Season run?The Arts & Letters Live season runs from mid-January through mid-June with additional events likely in the fall. The 2012 season will be announced on Thursday, December 8, 2011. Order online or call 214-922-1818. Ordering TicketsHow do I order tickets? All tickets are also available for sale to the public by mail-order. Print, complete, and mail a ticket order form to Arts & Letters Live, Dallas Museum of Art, 1717 N. Harwood St., Dallas TX 75201. Order online or call 214-922-1818. Requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Allow at least two weeks for your order to be processed. At the event, any remaining tickets will be sold at Will Call starting one hour before program start time. Tickets are held at Will Call unless you select the "Mail" option when purchasing your tickets. All seats are general admission, unless otherwise noted. At the EventWhere should I park and what does it cost? Can I have dinner at the Museum before Arts & Letters events? Show your Arts & Letters Live ticket or e-mail order confirmation and receive a 10% discount on your meal at any of the following One Arts Plaza restaurants: Screendoor, The Commissary, Jorge's, Fedora, or Tei-An.
